Warranty and Returns

Return Policy:

We are committed to your satisfaction and are excited to offer our U.S. customers a 30-day demo program. You have the opportunity to try our products for 30 days. If you're not completely satisfied within this trial period, you are welcome to return the product, even if it has been used. However, we can only accept returns of paddles that show only slight signs of use.
We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of abuse, heavy usage, or have been modified with additional lead tape or overgrips. 


Return Policy Conditions:

Each customer has 30 calendar days from the original purchase date to return an item, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange or Store Credit: If you choose to exchange your item or receive store credit, you will be provided with a free shipping label and a paperless drop-off option.
  • Refund to Original Payment Method: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, you will return the item as usual and purchase a shipping label through our portal at discounted rates, saving you time and money.

 

Note: Damaged paddles will not be accepted:

Damaged paddles are defined as those with:

  • Removed stock grips.
  • Stained or odorous stock grips.
  • Scuffed, cracked, or blemished edgeguards.
  • Scratches, dents, the paddle face.
  • Any signs of heavy use deemed “damaged” by Pickleball Apes.

Pickleball Apes reserves the right to refuse return requests at its discretion.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return you would need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return complete the return form found in our Returns Portal before mailing back your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@pickleballapes.com.

 

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. (those will be marked as Final Sale item)

 

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Policy:

At Pickleball Apes, we strive to offer the highest quality pickleball paddles. Our paddles come with a Limited 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects, ensuring you receive a product that meets our high standards.

 

Warranty Coverage:

  • The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and covers manufacturer defects only.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty claim should be started here.
  • Pickleball Apes reserves the right to determine whether a paddle is covered by the warranty and if it should be replaced.
  • The warranty does not cover replacement paddles.
  • If approved, a replacement paddle will be issued within 2-3 business days.

 

What is Not Covered by the Warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by abuse, negligence, or user modification.
  • Natural breakdown or fading of graphics or textures over extended use.
  • Use of the paddle in temperatures below 40°F.
  • Damage from hitting objects other than a pickleball (e.g., ground, other paddles, net posts).
  • Purchases from non-authorized dealers.
  • Non-original purchasers.
