Accountant

 

Pickleball Apes LLC is hiring a full-time Accountant.

 

Job Duties:

●      Prepare financial statements such as balance sheet, income statement and cash flows report, and quarterly and annual budget forecast.

●      Prepare financial reports and make financial recommendations to managers and provide sufficient financial analysis and projections.

●      Perform general ledger accounts analysis, research accounting discrepancies and carry out monthly bank reconciliations by using accounting software and system.

●      Plan and execute financial and information technology, internal auditing, fraud investigations and accounting regulatory compliance reviews.

●      Comply with state and federal tax filing requirements by studying regulations, adhering to requirements, and advising management on required actions and tax strategy adjustments.

●      Set up payroll system by determining payroll liabilities and prepare Payroll Records. Process year-end 1099s and W-2s.

●      Telecommuting is an option.

 

Job Requirements:

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related field.
