For U.S. Customers:
We value our customers and are pleased to introduce our 30-day demo program. This initiative permits U.S. customers to evaluate the product for 30 days. Should the product not meet your expectations within this period, you may return it for a full refund. Please note: paddles that have been damaged or show signs of abuse will not be eligible for return. Additionally, be advised that this policy is currently exclusive to U.S. customers. For your convenience, we will provide a return label for any returns made under this program.
For International Customers:
Customers outside the U.S. are also afforded a 30-day return window. However, it is incumbent upon international customers to cover the costs associated with the return label. This aligns with standard practices for international returns. As with U.S. customers, paddles that have been damaged or abused are not eligible for return.
