When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12 pm EST are typically dispatched the same day. For orders placed thereafter, dispatch will usually occur the subsequent day. If a product is listed as "Pre-Order," the expected delivery date will be clearly indicated on the product page.

When will my order arrive?

We are pleased to offer complimentary Economy shipping for our U.S. clientele. Delivery under this option generally spans 4-7 business days, contingent on your location. While our operations are based in the NorthEast and SouthEast regions of the U.S., the Economy shipping frequently employs the USPS Ground Advantage service. We reserve the right to utilize alternative carriers if deemed necessary.

Should you require expedited delivery, UPS shipping is available at checkout. Please note that rates for this service are dynamic and will vary based on your location.

For International Customers:

At this time, we do not extend complimentary shipping to customers outside the U.S. However, we are actively exploring options to offer free shipping to select locations, including Canada, the UK, Australia, and Singapore. Until then, dynamic shipping rates will be presented at checkout for your review.

What is your return policy?

We are committed to your satisfaction and are excited to offer our U.S. customers a 30-day demo program. You have the opportunity to try our products for 30 days. If you're not completely satisfied within this trial period, you are welcome to return the product, even if it has been used. However, we can only accept returns of paddles that show only slight signs of use. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of abuse, heavy usage, or have been modified with additional lead tape or overgrips. Please note, this program is exclusively for our U.S. customers.
